Q: Can you provide information about the Nissan Car Scheme?
A: Once you have registered for a MyClub Nissan account, you will be able to log in and see current offers and deals available to you.
Q: Who can register for MyClub Nissan?
A: All permanent employees of Nissan entities* and permanent employees of verified Nissan suppliers/Partners can join the club! You will have 2 vouchers per calendar year to use, which you can choose to use for either yourself or instead give to a friend or family member.
*Nissan Entities are defined as: NMGB, NMUK, NTCE, NDE, Permanent Mobilize Financial Services employees are also covered by this definition
Verified Nissan supplier/partners are defined as: Employees of companies with an active business relationship with Nissan
Q: I am a member of the police force, fire service or Ministry of Defence , how do I register on MyClub Nissan?
A: Offers are currently unavailable on MyClub Nissan for members of the Police Force, Fire Service or Ministry of Defence. We’d still love to be able help you find your new Nissan, so recommend that you check out our latest offers on Nissan.co.uk or to contact your local Nissan dealership who will be able to assist you further.

A: You will have 2 voucher codes per calendar year to use, which you can choose to use for either yourself or instead give to a friend or family member.
Q: Who is eligible for MyClub Nissan Discounts?
A: NISSAN EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT is open to:
- Permanent employees of Nissan entities*
- Permanent employees of verified Nissan suppliers/Partners*
- Immediate & Extended family* members of Nissan entities* employees and employees of verified Nissan suppliers/Partners*
- Friends* of Nissan entities* employees and employees of verified Nissan suppliers/Partners*
- Retired formerly permanent employees of Nissan entities*

Q: How do I request a code for a friend or family member?
A: As an eligible employee, please register for MyClub Nissan below and you’ll then have access to our exclusive offers. Where you see an offer that you (or your friend/family member) would like to proceed with, please ‘Request a Code’.
Q: How do I use my code to purchase a vehicle with my discount?
A: Once you or your recipient of choice has received the unique code, this can then be provided to any Nissan dealership who will assist with the purchase, ensuring the applicable offer is applied.
Q: Can I use my code immediately?
A: It may take up to 2 working days for your discount code to be activated. For dealers to process your purchase, the code will need to be verified by the system. In the meantime, you are still able to visit your local dealer with your code to get a quote.

Q: How long is each offer available for?
A: Offers will be available for a limited time only, and on varying models, as detailed within the Terms and Conditions relating to each exclusive offer.
Q: Which email address should I use to register on MyClub Nissan?
A: When registering for MyClub Nissan, we will need to verify your employment. In order to do this you will have to register using your work email address. If your work email address doesn’t work and you think you’re eligible for MyClub Nissan, please contact CarScheme@nissan.co.uk who will provide instructions about how to proceed.
Q: I am unable to log in to MyClub Nissan?
A: In the unfortunate event that you are unable to log in to MyClub Nissan, there are steps you can take to try and resolve this:
- Please ensure that your email address and password are being entered correctly, it is important to note that passwords are case-sensitive. In order to avoid problems with this, please copy and paste your log in credentials from your MyClub Nissan Welcome email.
- If you are still unable to access MyClub Nissan, then resetting your password, please see below, might help resolve the issue. If there is an error when doing this, it is likely that you do not have a MyClub Nissan account; you will need to register one to gain access to the site.
- If the problem still persists, if possible, please try using another browser or device. Although MyClub Nissan is built to be accessible, some old and outdated browsers might have issues when running the site.
Q: How do I reset my MyClub Nissan Password?
A: To reset your MyClub Nissan password, you will need to click the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link under the ‘Login’ button on the homepage. From here, you will need to enter the email address of the account whose password you wish to reset. You will then receive an email containing your new password. If there is an error while doing this, it is likely that you do not have a MyClub Nissan account, or your previous account has expired. If this is the case, you will have to reapply of MyClub Nissan membership.
Q: I have retired from Nissan, how do I register on MyClub Nissan?
A: If you have retired from Nissan, you are still entitled to a discount through the Nissan Car Scheme. In order to register to the site, you will need to contact CarScheme@nissan.co.uk who will provide instructions about how to proceed.
