Q: Can you provide information about the Nissan Car Scheme?

A: Once you have registered for a My Club Nissan account, you will be able to log in and see the level of discount you are entitled to, as well as the current offers and deals available to you.


Q: Do I register on My Club Nissan as a Nissan Supplier or Nissan Partner?

A: In the event that you are unsure whether your employer is classed as a supplier or a partner, please register as a supplier. If this is wrong, it will be corrected when you request your first code.


Q: I am a member of the police force or the fire service, how do I register on My Club Nissan?

A: In order to sign up to My Club Nissan, you will need to register as a Nissan partner and state the service you are employed by in the textbox provided.


Q: I have retired from Nissan, the Ministry of Defence, Police Force or Fire Service, how do I register on My Club Nissan?

A: If you have retired from Nissan, you are still entitled to a discount through the Nissan Car Scheme. In order to sign up to the site, you will need to register as a regular employee. When you request a discount code, you will be contacted by Gain Solutions with instructions about how to proceed. Similarly, if you were in the services, register as an active member of your respective organisation and you will be contacted by Gain Solutions.


Q: I am a NMUK or NTCE employee, how do I request a discount code?

A: If you are employed by one of the above entities, you will need to contact fleet@nissan-nmuk.co.uk in order to obtain a discount code. Please note, this does not apply to NMGB, NDE or NMPC employees, who should request discount codes through My Club Nissan.


Q: Which email address should I use to register on My Club Nissan?

A: When requesting a discount code through My Club Nissan, we will need to verify your employment with your respective company. The easiest way for you to do this would be to register using your company email address.


Q: I am unable to log in to My Club Nissan?

A: In the unfortunate event that you are unable to log in to My Club Nissan, there are steps you can take to try and resolve this:

  • Please ensure that your email address and password are being entered correctly, it is important to note that passwords are case-sensitive. In order to avoid problems with this, please copy and paste your log in credentials from your My Club Nissan Welcome email.
  • If you are still unable to access My Club Nissan, then resetting your password, please see below, might help resolve the issue. If there is an error when doing this, it is likely that you do not have a My Club Nissan account; you will need to register one to gain access to the site.
  • If the problem still persists, if possible, please try using another browser or device. Although My Club Nissan is built to be accessible, some old and outdated browsers might have issues when running the site.

Q: How do I reset my My Club Nissan Password?

A: To reset your My Club Nissan password, you will need to click the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link under the ‘Login’ button on the homepage. From here, you will need to enter the email address of the account whose password you wish to reset. You will then receive an email containing your new password. If there is an error while doing this, it is likely that you do not have a My Club Nissan account, or your previous account has expired. If this is the case, you will have to reapply of My Club Nissan membership.
